A School Built Around
Doing the Work
Neurova started from a simple observation: most AI education focuses on reading about concepts rather than putting them to use. We set out to change that.
← Back to HomeWhere Neurova Comes From
Neurova was founded in Bangkok with a specific aim: to give learners in Thailand and across Southeast Asia a clear, structured path into AI development. The founders had watched talented people get stuck not because they lacked ability, but because the learning materials available to them weren't designed for how engineers actually think and work.
The courses came first. Before anything else was built — before a website, before a team — there were three course outlines on a whiteboard. Those outlines asked: what does someone need to go from writing basic Python to building a working machine learning model to presenting a substantial AI project? The answer to that question became Foundations, Applied Model Building, and the Capstone & Mentorship Track.
Every course at Neurova is structured around output. Each module ends with something built, reviewed, and understood — not just read and set aside. That's not a philosophy statement; it's a practical design decision. Skills develop through repetition and feedback, and the curriculum is arranged to give learners both.
The school operates online, which makes it accessible to learners across Thailand and beyond. All instruction, exercises, and feedback happen in English — a deliberate choice, since most professional AI tooling, documentation, and research is English-language.
What We're Here to Do
Structured Progress
Learning AI should follow a logical sequence. We design each course so that what comes later builds on what came before — no unexplained jumps, no assumed knowledge.
Honest Feedback
Mentors and reviewers give specific, actionable observations. We tell you what's working and what to look at again — not just whether something passed or failed.
Accessibility in the Region
We want quality AI education to be available to learners in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and further afield — not just in places with long-established tech schools.
Practical Over Theoretical
Every topic in the curriculum is there because it's useful for building things, not because it completes a syllabus. We cut what doesn't help and keep what does.
People Behind the Courses
Priya Wattanasin
Curriculum Director
Designed the three-course progression at Neurova. Background in ML engineering and technical instruction, with a focus on making complex subjects approachable through careful sequencing.
Karan Lertchai
Lead Mentor — Applied Track
Works in data engineering and oversees the Applied Model Building and Capstone tracks. Runs code reviews and milestone feedback sessions for learners in the intermediate and advanced courses.
Nadia Tanaka
Learner Experience
Manages onboarding, study group coordination, and learner support across all three courses. Ensures that questions get answered and that no one moves forward stuck on something that shouldn't be blocking them.
How We Keep the Quality Consistent
A structured curriculum only works if the supporting processes hold. These are the practices we maintain across every course and cohort.
Structured Curriculum Review
Course content is reviewed and updated on a rolling basis. When tools or methods shift in the field, materials are adjusted to reflect current practice rather than left unchanged.
Mentor Qualification
Mentors working with learners are active practitioners in AI or data engineering. We don't assign mentors based solely on academic credentials — the work they do today matters.
Feedback Standards
All written feedback on exercises and projects follows a consistent format: what worked, what to revisit, and a concrete suggestion for next steps. Vague feedback isn't accepted.
Data Privacy Practices
Learner information is kept private and handled in line with Thai PDPA regulations and general data protection principles. We collect what's needed and nothing more.
Exercise & Project Oversight
Every practical exercise and project submission is reviewed by a human — not auto-graded. This takes more time but produces better, more specific feedback for the learner.
Learner Support Response
Questions submitted by learners receive a first response within one business day. Escalated issues or technical blockers are handled with priority to keep learning moving.
AI Development Education in Bangkok
The field of AI development spans a wide range of skills — from writing clean, maintainable code to designing training pipelines, evaluating model performance, and presenting results to a broader audience. Neurova's curriculum was built by people who work in this space and know which of those skills are foundational and which follow naturally once the foundations are in place.
The Foundations of AI Development course covers programming for data work and the core concepts behind machine learning — not as abstract theory, but as tools you practice with in exercises. The Applied Model Building course moves into working with real datasets and producing models that can be evaluated against meaningful benchmarks. The Capstone & Mentorship Track is for learners who are ready to take on a substantial project with a practitioner guiding the process.
Neurova is based in Bangkok's Khlong Toei area and operates entirely online. Learners in Thailand can reach the team by phone or email, and the office keeps regular hours for enquiries. The school is small by design — small enough that learners interact with people who know the curriculum well, not with a support system that routes everything through a ticket queue.
Every pricing tier is transparent. There are no hidden fees beyond what's listed, and course access includes all materials described in the course overview. If you're unsure which course fits your current level, the team is available to talk it through before you enrol.
